Membership policies

These are the general membership policies that apply to all True Results Keller memberships, summarized from our official Program Agreement. Your signed agreement is the governing document for your individual membership.

Section 1

Cancellation rights

Month-to-month agreements may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice delivered to the club's address, after the first 30 days of the program are completed. Any scheduled payments due within that 30-day notice period are still owed. Submit your request through our Cancel / Freeze page or in writing to True Results, 8801 Davis Blvd. Suite 3A, Keller, TX 76248.

Freezes work the same way as cancellations — they require 30 days' written notice delivered to the club's address before the freeze takes effect. Submit your request through our Cancel / Freeze page or in writing to True Results, 8801 Davis Blvd. Suite 3A, Keller, TX 76248.

If you decide not to remain a client after signing, you may cancel your contract by mailing a written cancellation notice via certified mail by midnight of the third business day after signing, to: True Results, 8801 Davis Blvd. Suite 3A, Keller, TX 76248.

If the club goes out of business and doesn't provide a facility within 10 miles, or moves more than 10 miles from your enrolled location, you may cancel by certified mail (with proof of payment) and may file a claim against the club's bond/security with the Texas Secretary of State within 90 days of the closure or relocation notice.

A client or their estate may cancel the agreement and receive a partial refund of unused program fees by mailing notice to the club. Proof of disability or death may be required.

If the facility is unusable for 30 or more consecutive days due to an event beyond the owner/operator's control — including a natural disaster — the club will extend affected members' contract terms by the equivalent downtime.

Section 2

Billing, late payments & EFT

A default occurs when any payment is more than 10 days late; a late fee applies. A service fee applies immediately to any returned check, draft, card, or order — whether for insufficient funds or any other reason.

ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC is True Results' billing partner and may draft EFT payments — including dues, late fees, and service fees — subject to applicable state and federal law. For billing inquiries, contact ABC Fitness Solutions directly at 1-888-827-9262 or abcfitness.com.

Members paying via EFT are subject to a $10/month increase in monthly dues if EFT payment is stopped or changed.

Monthly dues reflect current sales tax rates. If rates increase, monthly dues — and any EFT draft amount — will be adjusted accordingly.

Section 3

Club rules & facility use

Yes — members must present their program card upon entering the club and may be denied access without it.

Members must comply with all club rules and regulations and the dress code — including a workout towel — at all times. Loud or profane language, harassment, and drug or steroid use are not permitted on club premises; violations can result in immediate program cancellation.

No — commercial or business activity, including acting as a trainer for other members or guests, is not permitted on club premises and can result in immediate program cancellation.

You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed for that session. Not using the facility does not release you from your payment obligations under your agreement.

Section 4

Assumption of risk & release

Members acknowledge the facilities and equipment are accepted as-is and assume all risk of injury — including serious injury or death — associated with use of the facility, equipment, and fitness programs or classes. Members release, discharge, and waive claims against True Results and its owners, agents, employees, and representatives for damages, injuries, or death resulting from use of the facility.

Members represent that they are in good health and either have physician approval to participate in the activities, programs, and equipment use, or knowingly assume the risk of injury or death if they do not.
